  • No Electricity Required – Works purely on water pressure (0.1–0.4MPa)

Professional Iron & Manganese Removal for Clean, Safe Water

The Marco Polo Manganese Sand Ultrafiltration Filter is specifically designed to tackle high levels of iron and manganese in well water, yellow mud water, or tap water. It combines chemical oxidation and physical filtration in one compact system.

How it works:

  1. Manganese Sand Layer – The MnO₂ in manganese sand acts as a strong oxidizer, triggering a redox reaction with iron and manganese ions in water. These ions are converted into solid precipitates.

  2. Adsorption & Interception – The porous structure of manganese sand traps the precipitates and other suspended solids.

  3. PVDF Ultrafiltration Membrane – An external pressure membrane with 0.01 micron precision captures bacteria, colloids, and any remaining fine particles, while allowing beneficial minerals to pass through.

Key advantages of external pressure design:
Contaminants are trapped on the outer surface of the membrane, preventing internal clogging, reducing cleaning frequency, and extending the filter’s service life.

Built for high flow & durability:
With a flow rate of 6000 L/H (equivalent to about 960 standard 5‑gallon water bottles per hour), this system easily supports whole‑house usage, small restaurants, or hotel kitchens. The food‑grade 304 stainless steel housing ensures long‑term corrosion resistance, and the one‑click clamp structure makes disassembly and maintenance effortless.
