Return & Refund Policy for Water Purifier Independent Site
1. Return Eligibility: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The water purifier must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and proof of purchase intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items: Filters and other consumable parts (once opened or installed) are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Return Process: Contact our customer service to get a Return Authorization (RA) before shipping. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Shipping and installation fees are non-refundable.
5. Exceptions: No returns or refunds for products damaged by improper use, modification, or natural disasters. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
